Inspiration
During his military campaigns, Napoleon Bonaparte would bestow unique Imperial signet rings on his most courageous commanders to motivate them on to ever-greater victories. The finely crafted crystal stoppers of L’Essence de Courvoisier are inspired by the design of these rings, each decanter below suspended in an elegant teardrop-shaped frame. Hand-sculpted by over 30 craftsmen from Baccarat, a centuries-old crystal house in France, the suspension of flawless, flat crystal proved to be a labour of love for these expert glass artisans.
