Ingredients
2 part Chivas
1.5 parts fresh pineapple juice
0.5 part fresh lemon juice
0.5 part simple syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
2 parts soda water
How to make
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Shake all the ingredients and strain into the glass. Garnish with an orange wheel and a piece of candied pineapple.
